PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-cooled oil cooler control device capable of making the air-cooled oil cooler efficiently function. SOLUTION: This air-cooled oil cooler control device comprises an air-cooled oil cooler 1 loaded in a vehicle and cooling transmission oil, a detector 22 for detecting whether the temperature of the transmission oil is higher than a predetermined value or not, and a moving device 12 for moving the air-cooled oil cooler 1 when the detector 22 detects that the temperature of the transmission oil is higher than the predetermined value, to increase the cooling performance of the air-cooled oil cooler 1 in comparison with a case when the temperature of the transmission oil is lower than the predetermined value.
