PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the collapse of a columnar member when the columnar member is inverted. SOLUTION: A collapse prevention device equipped with a stop member placed on a circular orbit within the inverted plane described when the columnar member placed in the vertical direction is inverted with the lower end of the columnar member as the center and making a distance from the lower end multiplying the length of the columnar member by 1/<SP>3</SP>√2 as a radius, a first stop member positioned on the circular orbit in advance within the inverted plane described when the columnar member placed in the vertical direction is inverted with the lower end of the columnar member as the center and making a distance shorter than the length of the columnar member farther than the distance from the lower end multiplying the length of the columnar member by 1/<SP>3</SP>√2 as a first radius and a second stop member placed on the circular orbit within the inverted plane and making a half distance of the first radius with the lower end of the columnar member as the center, and the collapse prevention device having a first angle making a straight line binding the lower end and the first stop member with the horizontal plane larger than a second angle regarding the second stop member is provided.
