PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof work execution method for a fixing bracket, which prevents water leakage from being caused by a breakage in a sheet at a fixing place even under a state of a strong wind, by using a homogeneous rubber sheet into which reinforcing fibers are not mixed, in a construction method for fixing a waterproof rubber sheet mechanically. SOLUTION: The fixing bracket and a fixing anchor are firmly bonded and fixed together by applying an epoxy resin composition containing a liquid polysulfide polymer, so that a force, which is applied to the rubber sheet for a bottom part of the fixing bracket at negative pressure under the state of the strong wind, can be made extremely small.
