PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve and remove an oil content, etc., which adheres to a surface of a panel building material constituting a building structure and/or an accessory thereof, and to prevent the deterioration of a base material for the panel building material. SOLUTION: This antifouling panel building material, which constitutes the building structure and/or the accessory thereof, is characterized as follows: on a surface of the panel building material, there is formed a first coating layer containing a mixture of a surfactant and/or a hydrophilic material and amorphous titanium peroxide and/or amorphous titanium oxide, having no photocatalytic function; and a second coating layer containing a photocatalytic body with the photocalytic function is formed on a surface of the first coating layer. Corona discharge treatment, ultraviolet treatment, plasma treatment, ozonation and the like are applied to the surface of the panel building material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
