METHOD OF FORMING PULP MOLD AND PAPER-MAKING APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming pulp molds that can easily and efficiently produce intermediate products having different thickness depending on positions, and provide a paper-making apparatus that can be used for producing the pulp molds. SOLUTION: The pulp mold production process comprises the paper-making step where water-containing pulp fiber 41 is accumulated in a paper-making mold 2 having a plurality of water-sucking holes 21 bored to form the intermediate body 4 and the pulp-drying step where the intermediate product is dewatered and dried to a pulp mold. In the paper-making step, the sucking force is varied according to the position of the mold 2 in order to accumulate pulp fibers 41 in the paper-making mold by sucking water through a plurality of the sucking holes, whereby intermediate body 4 having different thickness depending on the positions.
