The apparatus includes or can access, application approval criteria (12) of a plurality of application recipients (21), and the computing means (23) is configured or programmed to assess the application according to the approval criteria of the each of the plurality of application recipients (21). The apparatus can thereby form a respective separate assessment comprising approval or rejection for each of the plurality of recipients (21). |
