A diesel particulate removing apparatus of a two-vessel three-layer catching structure has two main bodies. Respective main bodies have cylindrical vessels (13) provided with inlet ports (7) and outlet ports (8) for a diesel exhaust gas. In the cylindrical vessel (13), rolled catalyst mounting heaters (14), heat-resisting filters (15), and catalyst mounting spherical filters (16) are arranged in the order above at an inlet port (7) of a diesel exhaust gas. These catalyst mounting heaters (14) are alternatively turned ON or OFF.
