<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for obtaining an electric power at a low cost by accurately predicting a power demand through bidding based on the accurate predicted power demand. <P>SOLUTION: A power service server 11 acquires a power consumption information 61 from a power data transmission control system 37, and stores it in a power demand database 12. Then, based on the data stored in the power demand database 12, a demand is predicted, and based on the predicted power demand, a bid condition 4 is transmitted to a power company terminal 21. Power companies (2a, 2b, 2c, and so on) make a bid 5 by referencing the condition displayed on the power company terminal 21.
