PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner conductor terminal and a coaxial connector using this inner conductor terminal wherein it is possible to show a superior connection reliability even when it is mounted with a tip type electronic element. SOLUTION: This is made to be the inner conductor terminal, wherein a joint surface to be joined on the coaxial line side electrode end face of the tip type electronic element is erected on the base end of a fitting terminal, wherein a grade part to make the base end side of the base bottom part higher than the tip end side, is formed on the base bottom part of the fitting terminal positioned at a point closer to the tip end side than the joint face part and at a point closer to the base end side than the counter terminal side electrode of the tip-type electronic element, wherein a lap part to overlap with the tip type electronic element fixed on the fitting terminal with a mutual small distance is installed at the tip end of the connecting terminal, wherein an elastic contact face part to be elastically contacted with the counter terminal side electrode end face is formed at the farthest tip end of the lap part, and wherein an insulating retaining member is inserted between the joint face part and the connecting terminal. The tip type electronic element is elastically pressure-pinched between the joint face part and the elastic contact face part, because a force is added in a direction in which the fitting terminal and the connecting terminal are separated.
