PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stop the vibrations of a vibrator of a circuit for controlling the vibrator. SOLUTION: A spring vibration control integrated circuit 12 generates an intermittent signal, a switching element 15 is turned ON/OFF by the intermittent signal from the spring vibration control integrated circuit 12, and an intermittent current is supplied to a spring vibrator 16 to vibrate the spring vibrator 16 by switching the switching element 15. When the spring vibrator 16 stops vibrations, the spring control integrated circuit 12 applies to the switching element a signal that is reverse to the signal generated when the spring vibrator 16 is vibrated to make the spring vibrator 16 generate force to attenuate the vibrations, quickly stopping the vibrations of the vibrator.
