PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow performing data conversions for matching endians and bit numbers when sending commands between a plurality of master devices and target devices. SOLUTION: A plurality of address areas for specifying the same address space to the target devices are prepared and different data conversion processing is allowed at each plurality of address areas. Each of the plurality of address areas is assigned to the plurality of master devices, each master device specifies assigned address areas to send commands when sending the commands to the target devices. By performing processing for converting order of data arrangement at each address area, matching between devices with big endians and little endians can be achieved. At each address area, by performing processing for converting the bit numbers of the data, matching between devices with different bit numbers can be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
