PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna integrated high frequency circuit module provided with a plurality of antennas and providing ease of downsizing. SOLUTION: Radiation electrodes 7, 8 of antennas 2, 3 are placed on a front side of a dielectric board 6 at an interval, and a circuit pattern 11 of high frequency circuits 4, 5 is formed between the radiation electrodes 7, 8. A circuit purpose grounding electrode 16 is formed to the rear part of the dielectric board opposed to the circuit pattern 11 of the high frequency circuits 4, 5. Further, other thickening purpose dielectric boards 14, 15 are formed to the rear side of the dielectric board opposed to the radiation electrodes 7, 8 of the antennas 2, 3, and antenna ground electrodes 12a, 12b are formed to the bottom of the dielectric boards 14, 15. The module can be downsized by reducing the size of the radiation electrodes 7, 8, and through the capability of close arrangement of the radiation electrodes 7, 8 while ensuring the isolation of the antennas 2, 3, and the provision of the high frequency circuits 4, 5 in an essential space between the radiation electrodes 7, 8.
