PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting cable for improving a measurement accuracy of an electromagnetic noise while allowing the connecting cable to freely connect a subject to be connected. SOLUTION: An impedance converting cable 40 (connecting cable) connecting between a subject of which the electromagnetic noise is measured and a measurement device includes a cable body 46 provided with a woven wire on an outer circumference thereof for electrically connecting a measured point of the subject and the measurement device. The connecting cable further includes an impedance nonadjusted converter 44 provided in a middle section of the cable body and formed by decreasing a diameter of the cable body 46 at the outer circumference toward a central axis of the cable body 46 such that the case body 46 has a smaller diameter at one end.
