PIPING JOINT STRUCTURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of applying various lengths of piping without increasing the size of brazing equipment and airtightness test equipment. SOLUTION: At a fluid in/our port member 16 structured by joining two plate members 16a and 16b, a fluid inlet passage 16c and a fluid outlet passage 16d are formed. An inlet side cylinder-shaped fitting part and an outlet side cylinder-shape fitting part consisting of two semicylinder parts of plate materials 16a and 16b are formed at the fluid inlet passage 16c and the fluid outlet passage 16d. A first and a second cylinder parts 17a and 17b are integrally formed which are inserted and jointed in the inlet side cylinder-shape fitting part and the outlet side cylinder-shape fitting part. Fluid in/out pipings are inserted and jointed in the first and second cylinder parts 17a and 17b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
