PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member of rails/stiles capable of making a wooden frame with high degree of accuracy and, at the same time, preventing the wooden frame from being worn by a guide rail provided to an outside frame of a house. SOLUTION: The joint member of the wooden top and bottom rails 2 and stiles 3 comprises a receiving member 4 fitted in a fitting hole 6 bored in both up and down ends and a fixed member 5 screwed to the receiving member 4 passing through positioning holes 7 bored in the stile ends, the receiving member 4 having a rail groove 8 on the upper surface is used for a cylindrical member having a screw hole 9 passing through in parallel with the rail groove 8, and the fixed member 5 comprises a cylindrical positioning guide 10 and a thread 11.
