SOLUTION: A shared document server 110 receives information on shared document preparation and user information on preparation users transmitted from a preparation user Com. 130-1 and transmits shared document preparation information to preparation users Com. 130-1 to 130-3. The preparation users Com. 130-1 to 130-3 use the shared document preparation information to receive shared document editing information such as a shared document preparation template from the shared document server 110 so that a preparation user can recognize the other preparation users from the shared document editing information. The persons constituting the group composed of the plurality of persons can communicate with one another on displayed images without gathering one place to be able to jointly prepare a shared document such as one electronic album at the same time.
