PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which cures even in the presence of a small amount of water, excels in miscibility (conformability) with water, accordingly is useful for covering or coating places in a water present state or in a state wet with water, particularly excels in the adhesion to the wet surface such as the uncured surface of concrete and furthermore to the concrete surface in a state wet with water, improves the adhesion of a topcoat or a sheet to be coated thereon to a substrate to smoothly provide its coating film or sheet. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a thermosetting resin composition containing (a) an unsaturated polyester obtained by the condensation reaction of a dibasic acid including anα,β-unsaturated dibasic acid with, a polyhydric alcohol with the use of 0.1-20 wt.% starting material having a metal sulfonate base in the unsaturated polyester solid and (b) a polymerizable monomer and (B) an inorganic filler.
