PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply plug with which a power supply cord and a plug can be housed in a small volume and in a convenient portable state, and provide an AC power supply adaptor which uses the same. SOLUTION: These are provided with a connecting terminals 11a and 11b which are inserted into a power supply receptacle, the main body 12 which supports the connecting terminals 11a and 11b, a first and a second members 13 and 14 which are movably hooked onto the main body 12. As for the first and the second members 13 and 14, each can move reversibly between the first state in which they are fixed to the side face of the main body 12 and the second state in which they are fixed so as to safeguard the connecting terminals 11a and 11b, and in the second state, the first and the second members 13 and 14 form a winding part 16 in order to wind up the power supply cord 20.
