PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction of another device by unnecessary radiation issued by a device. SOLUTION: The device, or the source of noise, intentionally issues a radio wave as a reference signal different from noise, the device in the side of receiving the noise receives the reference signal and measures its level, and when the level is high, it is determined that the device is close thereto and has the possibility of the malfunction and issues an alarm to a user.
