<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a comparison operation between processing results caused by a difference between an original image and a processing result image or revision of a processing parameter when a scanner or the like reads an original of both-side print and digitally processes the original. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that e.g. set-off correction processing is designated (S1), the set-off correction processing is applied to a received original image (S2, S3), the resulting image after the processing and the original image are displayed on a screen interlocking with ach other and the processing result is confirmed (S4). In the case of revising a simultaneously interlockingly display object (S5-YES), the display object is revised by the selection of a user (S6), and the processing is restored to the step 4. In the first processing, the processing result image and the original image are interlockingly displayed, and the display object is switched among 'original image and new processing result', 'original image and old processing result', and 'new processing result and old processing result' in the second and succeeding processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
