<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning system for establishing a production plan in which business strategies are considered, demand fluctuations are instantaneously reflected, and the appointed date of delivery is kept. <P>SOLUTION: The production planning system for establishing the production plans of a plurality of products is provided with a demand information database group 2 for storing the demand information of each product, a business strategy information database group 1 for storing business strategies, a resource information database group 5 for storing resource information necessary for producing each product, a basic information database 4 for storing the association of the respective products with the resources and business strategies and which standard product each product is belonging to, a production scheduling 8 having a frame deciding means for classifying the number of production/shipping of the respective products for each standard article, and for deciding it as a production/shipping frame in each first period, and an updating means 12 for re-distributing the number of production/shipping of the respective products within the range of production/shipping frame from production/shipping frame data decided by the production scheduling means and the demand information and resource information in each second period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
