PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic thermoplastic elastomer composition which has a good moldability and yields a molded product showing an extremely stable surface resistivity. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (A) 50-97 pts.wt. composition containing 100 pts.wt. (a-1) styrene thermoplastic elastomer and/or (a-2) olefin thermoplastic elastomer and 0.1-980 pts.wt. (c) non-aromatic rubber softener and/or (d) peroxide-degradable olefin resin and (B) 50-3 pts.wt. copolymer having a block (a) essentially comprising an olefin component and a block (b) essentially comprising a hydrophilic component, provided that the total of component (A) and component (B) is 100 pts.wt., and, against 100 pts.wt. component (B), (e) 0.0001-10 pts.wt. metal salt composed of a cation of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal and a dissociative anion.
