摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor joist in a clean room, which copes with micro- vibration and contributes to formation of a large underfloor space, and to provide a floor joist connecting structure and a floor joist arranging method. SOLUTION: The floor joist is formed of a bottom steel plate which is arranged on a bottom thereof, and has its lateral side portions bent upward at 90°, and side steel plates which are arranged inside the U-shaped bottom steel plate and each have an upper end and a lower end thereof bent at 90°in a direction that faces each other. Then, an inner peripheral surface of the bottom steel plate is brought into contact with outer peripheral surfaces of the respective side steel plates, to thereby form a floor joist frame 7 of a rectangular parallelepiped, having an upper opening 12. Further, the interior of the frame 7 is filled with concrete 8, to thereby obtain the floor joist 3. Then, the plurality of floor joists 3 thus obtained are arranged in a direction that is orthogonal to beams 2 at predetermined intervals, and floor materials 6 are arranged on floor leg portions 5 which are placed on upper surfaces of the floor joists 3 in parallel with the same, whereby the floor joists thus arranged contribute to formation of the sufficient underfloor space of the clean room.
