PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a softener which exerts an excellent viscosity stability and compatibility especially with a (meth)acrylic resin and allows no bleed, etc., even after being heat melted, a (meth)acrylic resin composition wherein the softener is compounded and a molded product obtained using the composition. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic resin composition contains the softener comprising a phthalic acid diester obtained from a polyoxyalkylene(alkyl)phenyl ether and/or a polyoxyalkylene benzyl ether of the formula: P-O-(A-O-)n-H (wherein P is a phenyl group, an alkyl phenyl group, a halogen-substituted phenyl group or a benzyl group; A is a 2-3C alkylene group; and n is an integer of 1-10) and phthalic acids.
