Method of weakening of materials of crystal structure, characterized in that a work material is impacted by pulsed magnetic field, wherein the directions of magnetic field are changing during the impact. 2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the work material is supplied to a zone of treatment in mixture with liquid. 3. Method according to claim 1, 2, characterized in that ferruginous quartzite are used as working material, or gold-bearing quartz, or polymetallic or other polycrystalline materials, which includes quartz. 4. Method according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the material treatment by pulsed magnetic field with changeable direction is realized before mechanical pounding or before suitable material recovery. 5. Method according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the material treatment by pulsed magnetic field with changeable direction is realized simultaneously with suitable material recovery, effectuated with using of physical-chemical and biotechnological processes. 6. Method according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the change of magnetic field direction is realized by impacting on work material with additional pulsed magnetic field, directed at angle of 30-90 degree to the main pulsed magnetic field, pulse length of additional field is in range of 10<-9> -10<-2> sec. 7. Method according to claim 6, characterized in that the angle between force line of main and additional pulsed magnetic fields is controlled due to displacement of one of inductor, creating main and additional pulsed magnetic fields. 8. Method according to any of claims 6-7, characterized in that the impacting by additional pulsed magnetic field is beginning time period of +- 20%of maximum of each pulse of main magnetic field. 9. Method according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the additional pulsed magnetic field is alternating. 10. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that the length of one half-wave of additional pulsed alternating magnetic field is from 10<-2> to 10<-9> sec., and its amplitude is from 0.1 to 100000 A/m. 11. Method according to of claims 1-8, characterized in that each portion of work material is impacted by range of pulses of main and additional pulsed magnetic fields, the frequency being defined by formula: psi = V/nxl, where: V -traverse speed of portion of work material, m/s; n - pulse quantity, impacting on a portion of the work material; l - length of material treatment zone, m. 12. A device for realization of the method according to claim 1 or 6, comprising at least one generator of electric power, connected with electromagnetic system, comprising inductor, crating a pulsed magnetic field, characterized in that the electromagnetic system is provided with additional inductor, creating pulsed magnetic field, force lines of which being directed at the angle of 45-90 degree to force lines of main pulsed magnetic field, created by first inductor.
