METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING DISPOSABLE CONTAINER USING BIODEGRADABLE MATERIAL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A biodegradable material composition for manufacturing disposable container, a container formed of the composition, a method for molding the disposable container using the composition, and an apparatus for molding the disposable container using the method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for molding disposable container using biodegradable material composition comprises composition mixing step (S100-S150) of uniformly mixing a biodegradable composition comprising 100 weight parts of plant raw material powder, 10 to 20 weight parts of starch, 1 to 2 weight parts of esters and 2 to 4 weight parts of water; metal mold preheating step (S180) of preheating upper and lower metal molds for fabricating containers by press-molding the mixed biodegradable composition; composition supply step (S160) of supplying a certain amount of the composition to the lower mold of the preheated metal mold; container molding step (S170) of compression-molding the composition in a desired shaped container within the volume reduction ratio range of 0.75 to 0.85 by pressing the lower mold to an upper mold to a determined pressure at a certain temperature for a determined time; and container discharge step (S190) of discharging the molded container by vacuum adsorbing the molded container from the lower mold.
