The invention relates to a bogie for a goods waggon having the centroid at a higher level than usually, employed in the rail-road transport of goods. According to the invention, the ends of the bogie axles are supported by means of some suspension groups (C) and some combined carriers (D) for guiding the axle boxes and the suspension, each axle end being supported by means of two groups of concentric springs (15 and 16) arranged on both sides of the axle end and, more precisely, towards the centre of the side longitudinal girder of the bogie frame and towards the exterior thereof, respectively, and resting, in their lower part, on a resting cross-bar (20) of an axle box (3). Each group of two concentric springs (15 and 16) arranged toawards the interior of the side longitudinal girder of the bogie is provided in its upper part with a spring cap (17) provided diametrically with some pockets, each of them being employed for mounting an articulation plate (18), whose lower end is articulated to an articulation guide (13) of the combined carrier (D) for guiding the axle boxes, the inclination angle (alpha) of the articulation plates in respect of the vertical plane having values ranging between 30...34 .
