The invention relates to a system for the penetration of the stratum corneum of the skin for releasing drugs in a controlled manner. According to the invention, the system comprises an active substance reservoir, a device with micropins having capillaceous orifices or at least 10 mium long microblades, in connection with the active substance reservoir by means of a connection element wherethrough the liquid circulates, so that the active substance can be actively conveyed from the reservoir through the micropins or along the microblades, a device for the active release of the active substance from the reservoir along the microblades, and is characterized in that the device for the active release of the active substance is represented by an integral pump with electronic control.
