An electrolytic water spray device (100) comprises separately an electrolytic-water spray device main unit (102) and a spray unit (104) so that they can be attached together detachably. The main unit (102) is provided with an electrolyte bath (12) and an electrolytic water discharge pipe (26) from which a predetermined electrolytic water is discharged. The spray unit (104) is provided with a spray element (40) for spraying outward the electrolytic water from the discharge port of the electrolyzed water outflow pipe (26). Because the spray unit (104) is attachable to and detachable from the electrolytic-water spray device main unit (102), when the spray element (40) malfunctions in spraying, only the spray unit (104) can be replaced easily and the failure can be manged quickly.
