<p>PURPOSE: A preparation method of brick composition sintered at low temperature is provided to reduce use of energy and manufacturing costs, and prevent environmental pollution by using fly ash, kaolin, feldspar and clay. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature sintered brick is composed of 30-50wt.% of coal ash generated from bituminous and smokeless coal, 35-60wt.% of kaolin, 5-15wt.% of feldspar, 0-8wt.% of clay, 0-5wt.% of paper ash and 0-5wt.% of waste stone powder. Accordingly, the resultant brick is sintered at a lower temperature, 1110deg.C, compared to the sintering temperature of clay brick, 1190deg.C.</p> |
