PURPOSE: A culvert drain pipe is provided to induce diversification of use by disposing a through section in the longitudinal and circumferential directions in an inner space between the inside and the outside and obtain such different complex manufactures as cement mortar. CONSTITUTION: In a culvert drain pipe(1), a space is formed between the inside(4) and the outside(9). Uneven groove holes(2) are intermittently formed to the outside. Boring holes are intermittently formed through integrated joining by junctions(3) from the outside to the inside. Cement mortar input holes are bored in the outside. The Cement mortar input holes are formed by incising the outside in the longitudinal direction.
