PURPOSE: A system and a method for drawing purchasable goods are provided to draw desired purchasable goods for a user, the best purchasable times and optimum purchasable prices by exactly analyzing data generated from user information registration process. CONSTITUTION: A processor(20) is connected with a purchasable goods data storage part(22) which stores purchasable goods data deduced from the processor. A RAM(30) is connected with a bus controller(40) through a host bus. The bus controller(40) is connected a ROM(50), a peripheral port(60) and a database part(70) through an input/output bus. The input/output bus is connected with a communication unit through the peripheral port(60) for on-line communications. The RAM(30) comprises a version to execute a purchasable goods distribution controller(32) and a data communication controller(34). The database part(70) storing clients' private information, various goods, contents and their tags is comprised of a client database(72), a contents database(74), a goods database(76) and a tag database(78).
