PURPOSE: A briquet forge fire is provided to minimize generation of carbon monoxide and achieve improved combustion efficiency, while lengthening the combustion time of the briquet. CONSTITUTION: A briquet forge fire comprises a container(40) having a predetermined width and size, and a briquet accommodation hole formed through the body of the container, wherein the container is equipped with a heat source moving unit(90) for moving the heat source in a downward direction; a heat preserving member(45) embedded in the body of the container, and which preserves the heat generated during the combustion of the briquet; a casing(50) for accommodating the heat source moving unit of the container, and which has an open bottom surface; and a support member(70) arranged at the outer bottom surface of the container so as to support the briquet, and which has an air inlet groove(72) formed at the outer surface of the body of the support member.
