Use: in heat-and-power engineering for domestic facilities using district heat and hot water supply systems, in particular during reconstruction and upgrading periods. Summary of the invention: a separate pipe is selected in the heat transfer system for hot water supply, water is heated in tubular condenser matrix and in an additional hot water heater connected to a bottom heating turbine take-off, makeup of the hot water supply system is provided from the domestic water supply, wherein the makeup of the heating supply system is effected from servicing water supply through the tubular condenser matrices - two main and one additional heat transfer correspondingly: circulating cold makeup heating system from the service water supply and the makeup water from the domestic water supply (municipal water supply system). The main the tubular condenser matrices may be connected in series for supplying circulating or makeup water. An accumulator tank is provided in the hot water route to reduce dependence of the turbine output upon the hot water consumption fluctuations. Water being heated in district heating facilities rather than in heating premises leads to higher reliability and efficiency of heat supply and improve comfort in buildings. |
