A procedure for obtaining a product for skin-healing, care and protection in children and adults consists thereto that 0.47-0.70 % by weight of zinc oxide powder and 0.47-0.70 % by weight of talcum powder are dissolved in 1% of paraffin oil during 1-2 minutes until completely homogenized; 27.06-31.76 % by weight of lanolin, 27.06-31.76 % by weight of vaseline, 8.41 % by weight of paraffin oil, about 11.76 % by weight of distilled, 4.70 % by weight of boric acid powder and 9.41-14.12 % by weight of almond water are put in a paten where they are melted in water bath at the temperature of approx 65 degree C until the compound is completely melted and homogenized, then the compound is removed from the heat and the homogenized mixture consisting from zinc oxide, talcum powder and paraffin oil is added slowly, with constant stirring until completely homogenized.
