PURPOSE: A device for lifting a door glass of a vehicle is provided to prevent contact noises between a roller and a guider caused by repeatedly lifting the door glass and unpleasantness generated by the noise and accordingly to satisfy users. CONSTITUTION: A device for lifting a door glass(1) of a vehicle is composed of a grip(10) supporting lower both sides of the door glass; a guider(30) welded and fixed to the lower of the grip and formed with a guide groove(31) on both sides; and a roller(100) rotatively mounted to an end of a regulator arm(40) that moves upward and downward by a regulator motor and combined to the guide groove of the guider. The roller comprises a body(110) having first and second annular grooves at a predetermined depth on central and side outer peripheral surfaces and first and second rubber pads(120,130) combined to the first and second annular grooves to protrude at a predetermined height and contacted to the upper and lower insides and a side inner surface of the guide groove of the guider.
