摘要 <p>1309312 Arsenic selenium indium alloys - coating by vapour deposition XEROX CORP 22 June 1970 [23 June 1969] 30097/70 Headings C7A and C7F [Also in Division H1] An alloy consists of in per cent by weight Indium 0À001 - 0À2 Arsenic 0À1 - 50 Selenium balance The alloy may be coated on to a conductive substrate such as brass, aluminium, gold, platinum, steel, metallized paper, plastics sheet with an aluminium or copper iodide coating on glass with a chromium or tin oxide coating. The substrate may be rigid or flexible and in the form of a sheet, web or cylinder and may be coated with plastics material. The alloy may be coated by applying in a molten condition or by vacuum evaporation at 10<SP>-4</SP> - 10<SP>-7</SP> Torr or to a substrate at 50 - 200‹ C which may be water cooled. For this purpose crucibles of quartz, molybdenum or stainless steel may be used. The coating thickness may be up to 300Á. Where an aluminimum cylinder is coated, it may be rotated. The coated product may be used in xerography. (See Division H1.)</p>
