<p>Reliably recording and reproducing video signals, representing a plurality of continuous cuts, as video files each containing one cut has been difficult. An imaging device comprises imaging means (11) for recording a video to generate a video signal; cameraman’s instruction means (10) for instructing the start of recording and/or the stop of recording; AutoREC signal generation means (12) for generating AutoREC signals linked to the start of recording and/or the stop of recording according to the instruction; and AutoREC signal multiplexing means (13) for multiplexing the generated AutoREC signal with the generated video signal.</p> |
