<p>The object of this invention is to provide a non-cement type of clay porous concrete composite with excellent permeability including clay beneficial to human health, which is easily regenerated to prevent environmental pollution, and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes the first step of feeding 75 to 88 wt% aggregates into a mixer, the second step of adding 0.5 to 6.0 wt% sodium silicate to the aggregate, the third step of agitating the aggregates and sodium silicate to coat the aggregates with sodium silicate, the fourth step of dry-mixing the coated aggregates with 0.6 to 7.5 wt% clay, 4.0 to 17.5 wt% blast furnace slag, and 0.24 to 2.5 wt% lime, and the fifth step of mixing 0.12 to 1.5 wt% alkaline chemical and water with a mixture of the aggregate, clay, blast furnace slag, and lime, and the non-cement type of clay porous concrete composite.</p> |
