摘要 1. A massager having 4 massage elements in the form of massage heads with curved convex surfaces contacting a massage zone, said heads are disposed at the ends of 4 oblong holders connected by the opposite ends to the heads, forming four working massager planes each of them is the tangent to the finite surfaces of three heads and intersects with other working surfaces forming an image tetrahedral pyramid, inside each of trihedral angle of which in the proximity of its apex one of massage heads is arranged, and inside the pyramid the area of the holders connection spaced from each of the working planes, characterized in that at least an additional massage member is fastened detachably or non-detachably on one massage head, said additional massage member having curved convex surface contacting a massage zone and having an axis arranged along the massage head holder axis, and/or at least one additional massage member having curved convex surface contacting a massage zone and having an axis perpendicular to one of the massager working planes. 2. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one massage head is hole has a hole arranged along its holder axis, and/or at least with one hole perpendicular to the massager working plane, and an additional massage member or each of them consists of a working tip with a contacting massage surface zone and of a tail element with which an additional massage member is fixed in a respective hole in the massage head. 3. The massager according to claim 2, characterized in that the tail element of an additional massage member and a hole in the massage head are threaded, while the additional massage member is screwed with the tail element into a hole in the massage head. 4. The massager according to claim 3, characterized in that a metal nut or a sleeve with an inner thread is pressed into the hole in the massage head into which the additional massage member is screwed with the tail element. 5. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that two, three or four additional massage members are fastened on at least one massage head, a connecting element is embedded into the massage head, said element consisting of two, three or four metal threaded pipes, the pipes are connected by their ends and being perpendicular to one of the massager working planes or being along the axis of the holder head, and the threaded tail element is screwed into the hole of respective pipe of said connecting element. 6. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of massage heads is provided with a tail element arranged along the holder axis, and/or with at least one tail element perpendicular to one of the massager working planes, and an additional massage member or each of them is made with a dead hole by which it is fastened on a respective tail element on the massage head. 7. The massager according to claim 6, characterized in that the tail element in a massage head of an additional massage member and a hole in an additional massage member are made threaded, and the additional massage member is screwed with its hole on the tail element in the massage head. 8. The massager according to claim 7, characterized in that a metal nut or a sleeve with an inner thread is pressed into the hole in an additional massage member by which an additional massage member is screwed on the treaded tail element in the massage head. 9. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that an additional massage members or their working tips are made in the form of a spherical segment and/or a rounded cone. 10. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of metal or an alloy with useful biologic activity. 11. The massager according to claim 10, characterized in that the surface of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone is coated with a one-layer or multi-layer coating by a material different than the massage member having useful biologic activity. 12. The massager according to claim 11, characterized in that the surface of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone is not coated at its top exposing each of the coating layer. 13. The massager according to claim 10, characterized in that the coating is applied on the top of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone. 14. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of wood. 15. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of a natural body with useful biologic activity. 16. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the additional massage member or several of them are made in the form of a permanent magnet. 17. The massager according to any one of claims 10 to 16, characterized in that the additional massage member or several of them consist of a holder made of metal or plastic and embedded an insert made of wood, metal or alloy, or of natural body with useful biologic activity in a processed or non-processed state, or in the form of a permanent magnet. 18. The massager according to claim 18, characterized in that the insert is provided with a hole through which a screw is passed screwed into the threaded hole in the holder bottom. 19. The massager according to any one of claims 10 to 18, characterized in that one part of additional massage members is non-detachable fastened, while the other is detachable-fastened on massage heads.
