A modular mould device for a bicycle frame (30) made of composite material includes: a first female mould (2), consisting of two first semi-moulds (2A, 2B), each of which 5 includes mould means first (4), second (5) and third (6) removably interconnected in a first assemblage condition (A) of said first mould (2), and provided with respective impressions first (11), second (12) and third (13) having shapes respectively complementary to a bottom bracket shell (34), a down tube (33) and a head tube lower portion (35) of a first enbloc element (31) of the frame (30); a second mould female (3) consisting of two second semi-moulds (3A, 3B), each of which includes mould means fourth (7), fifth (8), sixth (9) and seventh (10) removably interconnected in a second assemblage condition (B) of said second mould (3) and provided with respective impressions fourth (14), fifth (15), sixth (16) and seventh (17) having shapes respectively complementary to a head tube upper portion (37), to a top tube (36), to a seat cluster (38) and to a seat tube (39) of a second enbloc element (32) of the frame (30). In a working condition (0) of the mould device (1), the female moulds (2,3) in the respective assemblage conditions (A, B) enclose and compress the composite material for moulding the respective enbloc elements (31, 32).
