The invention relates to stability of protein in aqueous solution. The invention provides a method for making antigen composition suspension. The method comprises the following steps of (a) mixing aluminium phosphate solution with hepatitis B surface antigen HBsAg in an acid environment; (b) adding diphtheria antigen, tetanus antigen, and pertussis antigen to a liquid in any orders; and (c) adding Hib-combined antigen to the liquid. The invention further provides a composition made from the method and the application of the method.
