PURPOSE: Starch-grape wine and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, thereby preventing the infection of various bacteria, so that the starch-grape wine can be easily manufactured. CONSTITUTION: Starch-grape wine is manufactured by fermenting a mixture of unsteamed starch material and grape juice in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, wherein the starch material is uncooked rice, uncooked corn starch or a mixture thereof. A method for manufacturing the starch-grape wine comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving products from Rhizopus and Aspergillus in water; (b) mixing them with unsteamed starch material and yeast and fermenting the mixture at 20 to 30 deg. C for 2 to 3 days; (c) pulverizing grapes; (d) adding 100 to 300 wt.% of grape juice into the first fermented mixture and fermenting the mixture at 10 to 15 deg. C for 5 to 10 days; and (e) maturing the second fermented mixture for 4 to 7 days, and filtering it.
