PURPOSE: A folding buckle of a seat belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent contact noise of a seat back and the buckle and scratch by pulling a buckle strap with a wire in turning a recliner and tilting the part of the buckle strap to the center of the seat. CONSTITUTION: A buckle(10) is formed by connecting two divided buckle straps(12) with a hinge, and a recliner(200) of a seat(100) is connected to a buckle head(11) of the buckle by a wire(50). The buckle is tilted around the hinge to the center of the seat by folding the seat back. A tension spring is mounted to the opposite of the buckle strap mounting the hinge to return the buckle. A wire installation part(60) is turned forward in inclining the seat back forward with the recliner, and the wire is fixed to the buckle head through the front of the hinge to tilt the buckle head around the hinge. The buckle head is returned by the tension spring with loosening the wire in restoring the seat. Thus, contact noise or scratch is prevented by restricting interference of the seat back and the buckle.
