PURPOSE: A heating roller of a printer fusing device is provided to effectively transmit the radiation heat of a halogen lamp to the heating roller for reducing the warming up time of a printer and minimizing the power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A heating roller(5) of a printer fusing device includes a coating layer(40) formed on an inner periphery for transmitting the heat of a halogen lamp(7) to the heating roller instantly by radiation, thereby reducing the warming up time of a printer and reducing the power consumption. The coating layer is to be anything such as titanium coating, teflon coating, or black anodizing which increases a heat absorption rate of a surface of the heating roller.
