<p>The invention relates to flavoured, aromatized ice cubes. The inventive cubes are characterised in that they comprise a mass of ice cube that is formed from water which is frozen with flavouring agents (and colouring agents if necessary) in variable proportions, essentially of between 0.01 and 20 wt.- % of the mass of water to be frozen, in order to adjust the flavour (and colour if necessary) of the drink which is cooled by inserting the ice cubes. According to the invention, the flavouring agents (and colouring agents if necessary) are dissolved in the mass of the ice cubes or are incorporated in the cubes in the form of discreet bodies which are soluble in the liquid to be cooled.</p> |
