The miter setting angle piece, for setting saws and rip out miter cuts is based on an adjustable rhombus. It has a diagonal, an angle registered at or in corners, and which can be transferred to a saw or similar machine. It is composed of four spars of the same length to form the rhombus. A center spar has an elongated opening, to form a diagonal in the rhombus and bisect the peak angles. A screw fastener in the elongated opening locks the assembly in the required configuration. The angle between one side of the rhombus and the diagonal is set at the saw or the workpiece, as the miter angle.
