The upper part (1a) of the device (1) is designed as an angle element with a hook-shaped extension at its upper edge. The lower part (1b) is of the same shape but equipped with a second horizontal segment, protruding from the center of the vertical segment. All horizontal areas have rounded corners and are provided with central openings for the insertion of the pole (3) of a large parasol or the bar (3) holding an information board (14).
