<p>Veterinary compns. contng. cpd. alkyls = 1-4C, but when alkyl = Me, alkyl' = 1-20C R = H or Cl Espec. dimethyl-2, 2-dichlorovinylphosphate (PDDV), mixed intimately with PVC. For treating gravid mammals, espec. sows, before birth to increase the vitality of the foetus and the new-born offspring. There are fewer still-births, less deaths just after birth and the offspring are stronger, healthier and grow better. The treatment also acts as an anthelmintic.</p> |
