PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a health drink by using roasted safflower seeds. Therefore, the prepared health drink contains serotonin derivatives and Acacetin as a flavonoid from safflower seeds and has excellent prevention effect on bone diseases. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a health drink comprises the steps of: adding 10-11g of sugar, 23-27g of oligosaccharide, 29-31% of glucose, 50mg of Gum arabic, 0.45g of citric acid, 0.1g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of vitamin C, 0.1g of saffron and 500 ml of purified water to 200mg of freeze-dried roasted safflower seeds, and followed by dissolving; treating dissolution with heat of 90 deg.C for 10-30 seconds; and vacuum packing it into a can or a bottle.
